Phil Jones - Sales and Marketing Director, Brother UK
Promoted to Brother's board at the age of 35 as the youngest ever executive director in its global operations, Phil is responsible for over £105M of sales annually in one of the most competitive marketplaces in Europe. Winner of OPI magazine's European Young Professional of the Year award in 2008, Phil has risen through the ranks of a major Japanese corporation right the way to the executive board.
He joined Brother in his mid 20s as a fax salesman in the South East and proceeded to work his way up through the organisation, being appointed a non-executive director at 32. Phil's current role is to create and deploy the sales and marketing strategies that will help Brother achieve its ambitious growth targets in a fiercely competitive sector where prices erode every year.

Mike Dinsdale
Communications Director:
Mike originally joined Brother in 1974 to repair electronic calculators (which in those days sold for £750 a piece!).
Mike moved through various departments within the company before founding Brother UK's service and call centre, and then moving on to become marketing director and then latterly responsible for CSR and key company spokesperson.
As communications director, he draws on his considerable experience to comment on technological trends and major legislative issues which affect the industry.

Terry Caulfield
General Manager Corporate Sales
Printing Solutions Division
Terry leads an experienced commercial management team, including a product management team who are responsible for the whole life-cycle of all our machines, from delivery to recycling.
He began his IT career in 1984 and moved to Brother UK in 1991. He has previously worked for GEC, Logica and IBM and draws on years of experience of the ever-changing IT environment to ensure Brother's products and solutions meet market needs.

Mike Kelly
Mike joined Brother in 1981 as a sales rep based in the south of England. He has worked in all areas of sales, including retail, corporate and channel. Having moved north some years ago, Mike is now the general manager of our labelling products division.

Steve Fothergill
General Manager,
Head of Embroidery and Sewing Solutions Division
Steve joined Brother in 1984 to oversee sales of Brother's range of knitting machines in the south of England. He then became national account manager for major retailers and mail order before heading up Brother's personal and home fashion division. More recently, Steve head's up the embroidery and sewing solutions division.
