To reinforce our commitment to quality, we applied for and achieved accreditation to ISO 9001 in 1994. Since 2000 we are now accredited to ISO 9001:2000

ISO 9001 is an internationally recognised standard for Quality Management Systems, and includes:

Quality of Service & Repair
Consistency of Order Processing
Operational Controls
Customer Liaison Procedures

In fact, this accreditation covers every aspect of how we run our business.

The Quality System is regularly reviewed in order to maintain the high standards to which all employees are committed, and everyone at Brother UK plays a vital role within it, by taking responsibility for their own work, and contributing to it's development.
